These AI Billing Terms ("Terms") govern billing and payment for Actaa AI features. They supplement the Master Services Agreement / Terms of Service between you and Nomisma LLC ("Nomisma", "we", "us"). By subscribing to an AI plan, you agree to these Terms.

01 Plans
1.1 Self-service plans

Annual subscriptions are billed in a single up-front charge equivalent to about ten months of the monthly price.

1.3 Top-ups
You can purchase additional AI credit packs at any time. Top-up credits stack on top of your plan allocation and are valid through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated:

1.4 Authoritative pricing
Live pricing is published at https://actaa.ai/pricing and may be changed prospectively with at least thirty (30) days' notice. New prices apply at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period; pre-paid annual subscriptions stay at their original rate for the remainder of the pre-paid term. The numbers in §1.1–1.3 are reproduced for convenience and do not override the live pricing page.

02 Credit consumption
2.1 What counts
AI credits are consumed when the platform calls a Claude model on Amazon Bedrock on your behalf. Each call's cost is computed from the per-token rate of the model used (input plus output) plus a small platform margin, and deducted from your remaining credit balance in microdollars.
2.2 Where to see usage
- Per-workspace usage at Settings → AI → Cost analytics.
- Per-user usage at Settings → AI (members can see their own; admins can see everyone in the workspace).
- Detailed cost breakdowns by model and time range.
2.3 Out of credits
When your plan-month allocation and any active top-up credits are exhausted, AI features stop until the next plan renewal or until you purchase additional credits. We do not invoice for overage; the system fails closed.
2.4 No retention by AI provider
Inference is performed exclusively via Amazon Bedrock in the us-east-1 region. Bedrock retains inputs only for the duration of the inference call; nothing is used to train foundation models, and nothing is shared with third parties for training purposes. 03 Subscription terms
3.1 Billing cycle
- Monthly subscriptions renew monthly on the date you first subscribed.
- Annual subscriptions renew annually.
- All charges are processed in advance.
3.2 Payment methods
Accepted via Stripe:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- ACH (US, available on annual plans for self-service; available on monthly plans for Enterprise).
Full payment credentials are stored by Stripe. Nomisma does not receive or store your card number.
3.3 Currency and taxes
All prices are in US Dollars. International customers are billed in USD; any FX or local tax exposure is your responsibility unless otherwise specified in your order form.
3.4 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, AI features are suspended until payment succeeds. The credit balance pauses while suspended; once payment succeeds, credit accrues again on the next renewal.
3.5 Cancellation
You may cancel from Settings → AI → Plan & Credits at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for. Annual cancellations do not refund the unused portion of the year except where required by law.
3.6 Refunds
We do not offer general refunds for AI subscriptions, including for unused credits at the end of a billing period. We make exceptions where required by law or where there is a clear and substantial Nomisma failure (e.g., extended outage with no usable AI service).
3.7 Plan changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your AI plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. When changing plans, unused plan credits are forfeited at period end and not transferred.

04 Acceptable use
Your use of AI features is also subject to the AI Acceptable Use Policy. Repeated or material AUP violations may lead to suspension or termination of your AI subscription with no refund.

05 Disclaimers
- AI outputs are informational and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
- AI features are not designed for, and may not be used for, applications requiring zero-error guarantees (medical diagnosis, life-safety systems, fully-automated legally-binding decisions).
- Service-level commitments, where applicable, are set in your order form. The base AI subscription is provided "as is" and "as available", subject to the limitation of liability in the Master Services Agreement / Terms of Service.

06 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes (including pricing) will be communicated by email to your workspace's billing contact and / or by in-product notice at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
