These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the actaa.ai website; use of the Actaa service is governed separately by the Actaa Platform Terms.
01 Publisher and Defined Terms
The actaa.ai website (the “Website”) is published and operated by Nomisma LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (“Nomisma,” “we,” or “us”). Nomisma is an AI venture studio.
In these Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”), “Actaa” means the private-AI operating system for companies provided by Nomisma, and “you” or “the User” means any person who accesses or uses the Website. These Terms apply to the Website available at actaa.ai and its subpages.
02 Scope and Acceptance
The Website is an informational and marketing resource. It describes Actaa and provides a form through which the User may request early access. These Terms govern only the User’s access to and use of the Website.
The User’s access to or use of the Actaa service is not governed by these Terms. Any access to Actaa is governed by the separate Actaa Platform Terms, together with any order or agreement entered into with Nomisma.
03 Permitted Use
The User may access and use the Website for lawful purposes only, including reviewing information about Actaa, evaluating the service, and submitting an early-access request. The User shall not:
- use the Website in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of any third party;
- attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems;
- interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load upon the operation or security of the Website;
- introduce or transmit any malware or other harmful or disruptive code through the Website; or
- misrepresent the User’s identity or affiliation when communicating with Nomisma through the Website.
04 Restrictions on Automated Access
Except for indexing by conventional search engines operating in accordance with the Website’s published access rules, the User shall not use any robot, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access, harvest, or copy the Website or its content without the prior written permission of Nomisma. The User shall not collect information about other visitors and shall not use the Website or its content to develop or train any dataset or model.
Nomisma may rate-limit, block, or otherwise restrict access in order to protect the availability, security, and integrity of the Website.

All content on the Website, including its text, graphics, design, layout, and code, is owned by Nomisma or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The names “Actaa,” “Actaa AI,” and “Nomisma,” together with their associated logos, are marks of Nomisma LLC.

The User shall not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website or the foregoing marks without the prior written permission of Nomisma. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
06 Early-Access Requests
The Website provides a form through which the User may request early access to Actaa. Submission of the form is voluntary. Submission does not create any contract or obligation on the part of the User or Nomisma and does not guarantee that the User will be granted access to Actaa.
By submitting the form, the User agrees that Nomisma may use the details provided to contact the User regarding early access and related product updates. The User should not submit confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information through the form and should provide only the information reasonably necessary for Nomisma to assess the User’s interest.

09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nomisma and its officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the use of, or the inability to use, the Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the User agrees that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
11 Amendments
Nomisma may amend these Terms from time to time. Upon any amendment, Nomisma will revise the “Last updated” date set out at the top of this page. Amendments take effect upon posting. The User’s continued use of the Website after an amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
