What is Actaa AI?
Actaa AI is a company operating system with a private AI inside it. Mail, chat, documents, projects, people and money run on one login, and the AI answers from your own company's work. It is made by Nomisma LLC, in Sheridan, Wyoming.
How many modules does Actaa have?
Ten, every one on every seat: Private AI (conversation, Roundtable, agents and the data room), Email (mail on your own domain), Chat (messages and calls), Calendar (meetings and your day), Documents (Write, Tables, Present, Board and Notes, with the wiki, playbooks and training in Knowledge), Projects (tasks and the roadmap), Files (the company drive), People (HR, hiring, onboarding, reviews and time off), Finance (invoices, expenses, payroll and the ledger) and Control (every setting and permission in one place).
Can we use our own email domain?
Yes. Mailboxes run on your company domain, with shared mailboxes like sales@, a spam filter, rules, and a check that your domain is set up correctly.
Can we move from Slack, Notion or Google?
Yes. A one-click import brings across mail, calendar, contacts, files, tasks and people, including from Slack, Notion and Google Takeout.
Does it have video calls?
Yes. Calls start from chat or the calendar, with screen share, guests by link, and AI notes with a notice shown to everyone on the call.
Price
How much does Actaa cost?
$5.99 a person a month, with every module on every seat. AI is one plan for the whole company, from $29 a month, not a charge per person.
Is there a free version of Actaa?
No. There is a 14-day free trial for up to 5 people, and no card is needed to start. After that it is $5.99 a person a month.
What happens when AI credits run out?
AI pauses until the plan renews or you top up. There is no surprise bill, and everything that is not AI keeps working.
Privacy and AI
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Actaa's AI runs on AWS Bedrock inside Actaa's own AWS account in the United States. AWS Bedrock does not use your content to train its models, and Actaa does not either.
Can the AI see everything in the company?
No. Each person only gets answers from what they are already allowed to see. Admins choose which modules the AI may read, and HR and finance data stay out of the company-wide AI.
Does the AI act on its own?
No. AI proposes and a person decides. It never sends mail, pays, posts or judges a person on its own, and agents ask before they act.
How is each company's data kept apart?
Every workspace is separated at the database level. Admins control who sees what, with passkeys, two-step sign-in, an audit log, retention rules and legal hold.
What it does not do yet
Does Actaa run payroll?
Actaa prepares pay runs and payslips and records them as paid. It does not move money or file payroll taxes, so keep your payroll provider for that.
Is there a phone app?
Not yet. The iPhone app is in App Store review and the Android app is with testers.
