01 Website
Governs use of the actaa.ai website and early-access enquiries, which are made by email rather than through a form. The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics of any kind, so there is nothing to consent to and no consent banner is shown.
02 Everything else lives on the product
The policies for the Actaa platform, Actaa Network, the mobile apps and the AI features are not published on this website. Each one has a single authoritative home on the product itself, so there is never a second copy to drift out of date. Those pages are public and require no account.
That index covers the Platform Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Security & Compliance overview, Acceptable Use Policy and Sub-processors; the Network Terms and Community Guidelines; the Mobile Application Terms; and the AI transparency, DPA, acceptable-use and billing documents.
03 Compliance Posture
Actaa states its compliance status accurately and without overstatement. Where a certification is in progress rather than complete, that fact is disclosed as such.
