These supplemental terms govern use of the Actaa mobile applications for iOS and Android. They apply in addition to, and not in place of, the Actaa Terms that already govern your account.
01 Scope and Relationship to Other Terms
These Mobile Application Terms (the "Mobile Terms") apply where you download, install, or use the Actaa mobile application for iOS or Android (the "App"). The App is published by Nomisma LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
The Mobile Terms supplement, and do not replace, the terms that already govern your account:
- where you use the App as an individual member of Actaa Network, the Network Terms apply;
- where you use the App as an Authorized User of an organization's workspace, the Platform Terms of Service apply as between Nomisma and that organization;
- the Acceptable Use Policy, the Platform Privacy Policy, and, for Network use, the Network Community Guidelines apply in full.
Where these Mobile Terms conflict with those documents, these Mobile Terms govern only in respect of the App itself; all other matters remain governed by the documents listed above.
02 Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Mobile Terms, Nomisma grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the App on a device that you own or control, solely to access the Actaa Service.
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App; remove or obscure any proprietary notice; or circumvent any security or authentication mechanism.
The App is licensed, not sold. Nomisma and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App.
03 App Store Terms
3.1 Apple App Store
The following applies where you obtain the App from the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that these Mobile Terms are between you and Nomisma only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and that:
- Nomisma, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content;
- your licence to use the App is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions;
- Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services in respect of the App;
- in the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever in respect of the App;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation;
- in the event of a third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Nomisma, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim;
- you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Mobile Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Mobile Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
3.2 Google Play
The following applies where you obtain the App from Google Play. You acknowledge that these Mobile Terms are between you and Nomisma only, and not with Google LLC ("Google"). Your use of the App must comply with the then-current Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
04 Device Permissions
The App requests the following device permissions. Each is requested at the point of use, may be declined, and may be revoked at any time in your device settings. Declining a permission disables only the feature that depends on it.

05 Data Handled on Your Device
5.1 Biometrics
Where you enable biometric app-lock, authentication is performed entirely by your device's operating system. Nomisma receives only a success or failure result. Your fingerprint, face geometry, and any other biometric data never leave your device and are never transmitted to, stored by, or accessible to Nomisma.
5.2 Credentials
Session credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore, protected by the operating system's own encryption. Logging out clears them from the device.
5.3 Notifications
The App currently delivers local notifications only — alerts are generated on your device by the App while it is running or connected, and no notification content is routed through Apple's or Google's push infrastructure. Nomisma does not presently collect or store a remote push token. Should remote push notifications be introduced, this section and the Platform Privacy Policy will be updated before that processing begins.
5.4 Device and Diagnostic Data
The App transmits the technical data necessary to operate a network client, including your device platform and application version. The App does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting software development kits. The complete position on third-party processors is set out in the Sub-processors page.
06 User-Generated Content, Objectionable Material, and Abuse
The App provides access to features through which members communicate and publish content. Nomisma operates a policy of no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour.
- The standards of conduct required of you are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy and, for Network use, the Network Community Guidelines.
- You may report content or conduct that breaches those standards from within the App, or by contacting
info@actaa.ai. - You may block another member, which prevents further contact from that member.
- Nomisma reviews reports of objectionable content and acts on those it upholds — by removing content, restricting a member's access, or terminating an account — within 24 hours of the report.
- Nomisma may remove content or suspend access where it reasonably believes these Mobile Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the Network Community Guidelines have been breached.
07 Updates and Supported Versions
Nomisma may issue updates to the App. Your device may be configured to install updates automatically; where it is not, some features may cease to function correctly on an outdated version. Nomisma supports the current released version and, where practicable, the version immediately preceding it. Nomisma may discontinue support for an operating-system version that is no longer supported by its vendor.
08 Ending Your Use
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling the App removes the App and its locally stored data from that device; it does not delete your Actaa account or the content associated with it.

09 Disclaimers and Liability
The disclaimers, warranty limitations, and limitations of liability set out in the Platform Terms of Service and the Network Terms apply equally to the App and are incorporated into these Mobile Terms by reference.
Nothing in these Mobile Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law applicable to you.
10 Changes, Governing Law, and Contact
Nomisma may amend these Mobile Terms. Where an amendment is material, notice will be given in the App or by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Mobile Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the Platform Terms of Service or the Network Terms, as applicable to your account.
